There are multiple things around‌ in the wrestling world for one to focus on at the moment. While the fans are excited about WrestleMania 39 but they will also be interested to know what the YouTube sensation, Logan Paul said about his contract status with WWE. 

In the year 2022, Paul made his debut in WWE and since then he showed fans that he could hang in the ring with the best of them. WWE fans witnessed the fantastic rookie year that the 27-year-old had in 2022. This year he even eliminated Seth “Freakin” Rollins in the Royal Rumble and was in the final three before being eliminated by the winner of the match himself, Cody Rhodes.

He will now face Rollins at WrestleMania in a few days, but his future with the company after that may be up in the air.

Logan Paul gives an update on his WWE contract status

Speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, the rival of Rollins for WrestleMania 39 revealed his contract status with WWE. During the conversation, he was complimented for how he caught on to WWE so easily. In response to which Paul thanked and mentioned that it was like the epitome of what he was doing his entire life.

But then soon he mentioned his WWE contract status and how his rookie year with the promotion has come to an end. He said, ““My contract ends this WrestleMania, like my rookie year is about to be up.” It’s a good rookie year,” Paul added.

This news may come as a surprise to many WWE followers and it remains to be seen if he signs a new contract with WWE. As soon as The Maverick joined the company, he had his critics but he may have managed to sway fan opinion owing to his eye-catching performances with WrestleMania 39 yet to come.

His fight against The Architect could now be his last in WWE at least for the time being. But then what would happen to Paul’s interest in facing John Cena?

Logan Paul has expressed a desire to face Cena at some point in WWE and even said he asked Triple H to make the match happen. There have been also reports of Cena facing Paul at SummerSlam this year. But now with Logan Paul’s contract coming to an end, those plans may be put in doubt.
