“More Likely It’s Connected to Donald Trump”: Latest Reports Potentially Uncover Where Vince McMahon’s Unrecorded $5 Million Went

Vince McMahon has been lately in the news for his controversies prior to his retirement. WSJ reported that Mr. McMahon gave certain female workers hush money, and for that Vince McMahon was the subject of an investigation.
Notably, as per the Wrestlenomic’s Brandon Thurston, the new revelation of Mr. McMahon’s unreported transaction is connected to former US president, Donald Trump.

To recap the situation, it was originally revealed that The Big Man had paid a former female employee $3 million. Later, it was discovered that McMahon had made additional payments of another $12 million to three other female workers.
Brandon Thurston tweeted on August 10 the revelation of an additional $5 million payment. Which raised the total amount of undisclosed expenses to over $19 million. According to reports, this $5 million probably had a connection with Trump.

The former US president, Donald Trump, made his WWE appearance, like many other prominent figures from the other profession. Notably, Trump and McMahon have been close friends for a long time and get along well.

In addition, the WWE gave the Trump Foundation contributions in 2007 and 2009 worth $4 million and $1 million, respectively. These donations equaled the $5.0 million reported in the most recent WWE report.

As per Wrestlenomic’s Brandon Thurston, in the report, he stated, “It seems more likely it’s connected to Donald Trump.” Since all the evidence supports and points in the same direction, the argument seems very reasonable.

Trump and McMahon competed in the “Battle of the Billionaires” pay-per-view bout at WrestleMania in 2007. In addition, WWE showed Trump as having “bought” then “sold” the WWE’s weekly Monday Night Raw show in a 2009 on-air storyline.
Additionally, Trump is known for having his own WWE record, which is unlikely to be surpassed soon. For those who don’t know, Trump’s venue hosted WrestleMania twice, in 1988 and 1989, respectively, and no other venue hosted WrestleMania back to back.
