WWE has just announced two major title matches for NXT for next week. One of the major announcements was that NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai will take on the hot-shot Shotzi Blackheart.

Shotzi challenged Shirai on NXT earlier today. After her match, she snatched the title from Shirai’s hands and held it up. By doing this, Shotzi gestured a challenge for the reigning Champion.

It seems that Io Shirai has accepted the challenge and will face off with Blackheart next Wednesday. This match will be decisive for several factors.

One of them being that both Superstars are rising stars of the Women’s Division. Shotzi Blackheart has been given a big push, and the buck stops at Io Shirai.

Both women are heavily favored by Triple H who has praised them on multiple occasions. He also called Shirai the best wrestler in the WWE Women’s division.

Shirai can swing off this reputation and put Shotzi in her place. However, this will not be an easy task. Shotzi Blackheart is on a hot streak and can use the momentum to overthrow the Champion.

Breezango will have to defend their Tag team titles against the determined Imperium. Fandango and Prince Pretty are confident that they will emerge victorious.

Although, Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel look pretty driven, and they can easily humble Breezango, establishing the dominance of Imperium.

In another major highlight for next Wednesday, “The Archer of Infamy” Damien Priest will defend his North American Championship against Timothy Thatcher. Thatcher also has a good chance of sending Priest home without his gold, and could also steal the title away.

NXT has its own version of Championship Monday, and we may easily see titles switch hands. It’s only a matter of who.
