DiBiase Jr. has been convicted of six counts of wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and to commit theft concerning programs receiving federal funds. Four counts of money laundering, and two counts of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds.

The punishment for these serious crimes carries serious consequences. And DiBiase Jr. could face a long time inside prison if convicted of the crimes.
