The famous wrestling manager said in the interview, “Being Vince’s daughter is both a benefit to Stephanie and it’s a hardship to Stephanie because he demands more out of her. He expects more out of her.

Heyman believes that Stephanie has got it tough for herself because her father expects a lot from her. It’s not just the WWE legend who believes so, but another WWE associate also once detailed what it’s like being close to McMahon in a work environment.

While closing the topic, ECW’s co-founder added, “She’s a McMahon. She has learned at the feet of the master for 26 years and he expects more out of her than he does anybody.

Through this sentence, Heyman is perhaps hinting at how Stephanie has got the chance to work under an industry expert firsthand.

Rob Kligman has been a top WWE employee and has worked closely with Stephanie McMahon. Last year, Kligman did the honors of talking about her in an exclusive interview with ‘EssentiallySports’. There, the former top employee revealed that just like Vince would appreciate, his daughter has a ‘strong’ work ethic. This somewhere roots in the fact that she has had the best exposure to the business growing up.

Probably after acquiring her father’s skills, Stephanie has also learned after observing her father dealing with the company and its employees. This made up for the perfect learning and nurturing opportunity for a younger Steph. So, even though McMahon expects more of her, Kligman believes she has been preparing for it her whole life.
