MVP claims this WWE Superstar is behind Retribution
MVP is always a step ahead of his competition, or at least he thinks he is. He wants Apollo Crews’ United States Championship at all costs, and has now come up with a new big theory- Apollo Crews is the mastermind behind Retribution.
MVP claims that this theory explains everything and will try to prove it. On Raw Talk earlier today, MVP sat down with Kayla Braxton and Samoa Joe to give life to his conspiracy theory.

“Look, man, Apollo is the one behind all this Retribution stuff. All the lights and the technical difficulties, think about it. All that started right around the time Apollo and I fought for the United States Championship,” recalls MVP. “Count the number of the guys in Retribution. How many guys does Apollo run with?”
“Look at the facts, man. Look at the facts. Follow the money. Always follow the money. Who benefits most from the acts of Retribution?”
MVP is not scared of Apollo Crews, with or without Retribution
Braxton probed to see if MVP showed any signs of fear of his foe being more powerful. However, the former Champion claimed that he was not at all afraid.
“Intimidate? Do you know who I am? Do you know who I roll with? No, we do the intimidating. We’re not intimidated by anyone,” asserted MVP.

MVP makes it clear that The Hurt Business is not the one that answers the door, but the one that knocks. Unfortunately, his posse won’t be at his side at SummerSlam due to his own creation.
Forming a strong coalition in The Hurt Business, the former United States Champion is looking to reclaim his title, nearly a decade after he held it last.

Apollo Crews isn’t letting him snatch away the gold, however, and has outclassed him every time. If what MVP says turns out to be true, it will be a huge shock.
Right now, it looks like he is just trying to throw dirt on Crews. But detective MVP is determined to prove himself right and will be closely observing the moves of Apollo Crews from now on.
