WATCH: When Randy Orton Nearly Lit Himself on Fire While Working With The Undertaker

True fans remember Randy Orton vs The Undertaker with a fond smile as it was one of the hottest feuds in WWE 16 years ago. Breaking out into the first version of his ‘Legend Killer’ gimmick, Randy Orton picked the wrong bone in ‘The Deadman’.
On one particular occasion, Orton attempted to erase Taker from existence by burning him alive. After winning their casket match at No Way Out 2005, Orton dumped a huge load of kerosene on the casket, which had The Undertaker inside.
He then proceeded to light the casket on fire which resulted in one of the most iconic and memorable moments in WWE history. However, few know how close the entire spot was to a large scale disaster.
Randy Orton had a load of gasoline on his boots without knowing it!
While dunking the bottle of kerosene onto the casket, Randy Orton was so dedicated to perfecting his character traits that he didn’t realize he had dropped some of the fuel on himself.
