The latest episode of SmackDown once again lived up to its name, giving us some very good matches and content. The major talking point of the night was the chilling segment between WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and his cousin Jey Uso.

“The Big Dog” was all set to be ironed Tribal Chief by his manager Paul Heyman on SmackDown. This would make it the supreme head of not only the brand but of the entire Anoa’i family of which he is a part.

Just as the party got to its main point, a vanquished ghost returned to stop Reigns. Jey Uso walked through the curtains, after being repeatedly called out by Reigns.

Quickly, he made his intentions crystal clear. Uso wants another shot at the title and Roman Reigns assured him that he would get it. The match may be set to take place now at Hell in a Cell. However, the Champion laid out his warning very cryptically.

He assured his cousin that the fight would be one with the highest stakes in WWE history. He left Uso with this message. Although, a brave-hearted Jey had yet another statement to make.

Jey Uso may have to leave WWE as a whole if he loses to Roman Reigns

The biggest question here is, how can the stakes get any higher than Hell in a Cell. The cruel structure is punishment enough. We have to consider the possibility that Roman Reigns has conjured something diabolical in his mind.

Considering that he mentioned it would be the highest stakes of them all, we cannot disregard the probability that the match would be a career-threatening one.

The stipulation would be that if Jey Uso loses, he would have to leave either SmackDown permanently or WWE as a whole. The fact that Reigns is inclined to think this way just proves how far he would go to keep his position.
