No place for the 14-time champion in a Vince McMahon-led board

It is common knowledge that Triple H and Vince McMahon are relatives. By virtue of his marriage with Stephanie McMahon, Hunter is Vince McMahon’s son-in-law. But the familial tie between them did not secure him a position on the newly formed board for TKO- the company that has been formed by merging WWE and UFC.

According to an official press release, McMahon will lead the board as its Executive Chairman. Interestingly, WWE President Nick Khan has been named as part of the board alongside his current role.

Triple H is likely to remain as the Chief Content Officer of the pro wrestling side of the company. Meanwhile, the 54-year-old has been instrumental in re-signing several talents who had left the Stamford-based promotion earlier. Fans have also hailed his run due to its stable nature.
