The Chairman and CEO of WWE is a leader like no other. He has propelled his business from where it was 40 years ago to where it is today. More importantly, Vince McMahon is a leader by example, as is evident even today.

In a recent post on Twitter, WWE shared a video of Vince McMahon demonstrating a move to NFL player Rob Gronkowski during a preparation day before WrestleMania 36 this year.

Gronkowski was supposed to jump off a 10 feet high elevated platform and land on a group of Superstars trying to steal the 24/7 title from Mojo Rawley.

Like any other person, Gronkowski was scared because of the height of the fall. Vince McMahon explained that the floor was a bouncy surface and that he had nothing to worry about.

When McMahon saw that Gronkowski was still a bit hesitant, he decided to demonstrate himself.

The CEO of the company stepped over the railing, suit and tie and all, and has one short glance before jumping back and landing on the cushion.

Vince McMahon didn’t think twice before jumping

Vince McMahon is about to turn 75 years-old in a few days. The fact that he can still do such stunts without a flinch or a second thought shows just how game he still is for his company.

Gronkowski went on to do it himself that day, and absolutely nail the landing at WrestleMania. He then went on to to pin Rawley and take the title for himself, much to the surprise of everyone. But that’s a story for another time.

Rob Gronkowski is one few NFL stars who are beginning to make appearances in WWE. Pat McAfee has also entered and started an all-out feud with Adam Cole.

Vince McMahon’s ability to merge the NFL fanbase with WWE this way shows that he is still willing to do anything for the fans.

As Drew McIntyre rightfully stated in the video, McMahon won’t make you do anything he isn’t willing to do himself. He has also tested an unusual stunt first before making a Superstar do it in the past.

Vince McMahon is a great leader this way, and really lays the work for his company time and again. Age is just a number for this man, and I’m sure we’ll keep seeing him in the ring a lot more times in the future.
