While Dwayne Johnson has already made several historical contributions to WWE, one of the fans deemed this moment as one of them. They wrote, “ This is history in the making the rock have a plan.” Fans also pointed to the haughty way in which The Rock acknowledged Reigns as The Tribal Chief and wrote, “He said you are My tribal chief… kinda like, you are that because I let you. You are the chief, I am the high chief.” One of the fans even saw this as the return of the Attitude Era.

Reminiscing about the flamboyant and reckless vibe of the late ‘90s, a fan wrote, “We are soooooo back baby!!! #AttitudeEra2.0.” Smelling the fishy aroma of what Dwayne Johnson is cooking, a fan commented, “Something is off here, I feel like The Rock is the one who’ll dethrone Reigns.” Although many fans believe that Johnson will backstab Reigns, one of the fans said that The Rock has a layered plan to beat him.
