Roman Reigns Reveals the Super Special Match of His WWE Career

WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has been the top guy, not only on SmackDown but of WWE as a whole. ‘The Tribal Chief’ has carried the show when the WWE was most in need of a face for their company.
His heel turn saw him rise through the ranks and sit on the throne of WWE, a place where previously superstars such as John Cena, Stone Cold, The Rock, once sat.
Ever since Reigns won the WWE Universal Championship, he hasn’t backed down from a fight (not that he did before). Let’s take a look at which match was a bit more special for him than the rest? Talking to “Bleacher Report“, Reigns detailed on the same.

“One that’s super special to me as well, outside of the stuff I did with my family because it was so strong with Jey, was the match I had with Edge at Money in the Bank. I believe that was in Fort Worth, the first pay-per-view back.”
“I haven’t watched that match back, so I can’t really detail the energy and if it was as loud as it was in the arena, but in the arena, that crowd was live. The timing and the pacing, I’ve seen some critique it and call it a little slow, but that’s what the heavyweights in main events do.”
The match featured some of the best spots of the night and left the fans with absolute satisfaction. The feud between ‘The Rated-R Superstar‘ and ‘The Head of the Table’ was the highlight of the entire WWE earlier this year.
The level of performance the fans got to experience was no surprise, as both superstars were at top of their game.
Roman Reigns is a straight-edged sword
Continuing the interview, ‘The Big Dog‘ revealed that He’s not going to run around and do flips just for the sake of it. He and Edge were working the Money in the Bank ladder battle, which is nothing short of a spot-fest and a wild daredevil show in and of itself.
