Walt Disney took inspiration from one of its first theme park rides and churned out the idea to craft it into a movie, ‘Jungle Cruise.’ The 2021 adventure fantasy movie starred The People’s Champion, Dwayne Johnson in the lead role. The casting director of the movie chose Emily Blunt as the lead actress.

In July 2021, The Great One sat down for an interview with Jimmy Fallon on his famous late-night talk show, The Tonight Show. During the interview, Johnson confessed Blunt was the “one human” being he had on his mind to be his co-star in his Disney movie.

The Brahma Bull shares a special bond with the 40-year-old actress. It is evident by the fact he once sidelined his best friend, Kevin Hart, to choose Blunt instead. Appearing in an interview in October last year, a question about who was the “most likely to be the most fun on a press tour” came up.

The host gave the Black Adam star three options: Blunt, Hart, and Pierce Brosnan. Without much delay, he uttered the name of her Jungle Cruise co-star. He added his 43-year-old best friend, Hart, “runs a close second for him.”
