Lynch replied, “I haven’t given him any advice. I have talked to him and he’s a really nice kid and I can say kid because I thought he was my age but he is not. He’s really young. And this is a hard industry, it is a tough industry and I’ve got respect to anybody who comes in who takes a bump and who tries to be good at it. And he has shown that he’s extremely athletic and he is great at talking and connecting with the audience.”

Later, she recounted an incident from WrestleMania 38, where she was scheduled to compete after Paul’s match. She said, “His match at WrestleMania was the match right before mine and you know with celebrities you never know what you’re gonna get. You know if they’re gonna be good. But he was great and so I was standing back there going oh! Wow, we got a tough act to follow.”

Lynch is one of the most complete and skilled superstars, so if she gives a wrestler praise, it means that they did something well. Paul certainly has the potential to become the company’s future superstar. Meanwhile, he is currently aiming to take vengeance against his old tag team teammate, The Miz at SummerSlam.
