Serena Williams is one of the best women to grace the sports world. Her work in women’s tennis speaks for itself. She is a 23-time Grand Slam singles title winner in the US Open category. While this may be the last time we get to see Williams on the tennis court, this could also be a jumping-off point for a new career.
What started as an idea by the co-CEO Stephanie McMahon in 2018 may end up happening at last. Dedicated to growing the women’s division in WWE even further, McMahon wants to get Serena in wrestling and it’s not even unfathomable. While Ronda Rousey was a former UFC champion, she also transitioned to the WWE product quite easily. The same could happen with Williams as she is looking to quit tennis this year.
