Fans were of different opinion when Baron Corbin, who for the longest time, has played heel, emulated The Rock’s finisher at WWE’s live event in Corbin.During his match against Dolph Ziggler, Happy Corbin tried his hands on People’s Elbow to defeat his opponent. However, tables turned as soon as the Showoff was back on his feet to plant a Superkick on the former NXT star to pick up his victory. One fan present at the Corbin arena recorded this entire segment for the rest of us to watch again and again.

Another interesting aspect of it was that the King of the Ring copied that move to which he once fell prey to. This incident happened in 2019 during a premiere edition of WWE SmackDown Live on FOX when The Rock ended the fight with People’s Elbow and the Rock Bottom.

The recorded visual is one piece of evidence that Corbin couldn’t land DJ’s finisher as it should have been. This might have left some of his fans feeling disappointed. However, some are of different views as well.
