Vince McMahon has finally retired from his role as chairperson and CEO of WWE after 50 years. He has made a lot of wrestlers’ careers over the generation. From Hulk Hogan to John Cena, some of the faces of his company went on to become bigger stars. Some became Hollywood megastars while some turned into pop culture icons.

His management of these superstars is one of the main reasons that made WWE successful in the first place. He also handled shows like Raw, SmackDown, NXT, Main Event, Superstars, Velocity, Heat, and many more every week. And to add to that, he produced and managed some of the most iconic PPVs in wrestling history,

But not all of his employees are appreciative of his management. There are many stories where many superstars have criticized Vince McMahon for his decisions and creativity. One of them being ECW’s and blood and gore wrestling’s poster child, Tommy Dreamer.

While talking about politics in the wrestling business on the Busted Open podcast, Tommy Dreamer said, “I’ve literally had people come up and say, ‘Well, they don’t want me to bump and feed for your comeback.’ And I was like, ‘What?’ So then I went to the ‘they’, Vince McMahon, and said, ‘Hey man, you weren’t happy with that match because he said that you did not want him to bump and feed for the match.’ And he’s like, ‘Why would I say that?”

“Great, this is the miscommunication within your company, and if it’s your enforcers, your agents that are the ones okaying it, come at them, don’t come at the wrestler.’ And that’s a massive part of why I have issues. And trust me, there are people that are like that and a lot of that is because of their own insecurity,”
