WATCH: Randy Orton leaves Drew McIntyre motionless with a Punt Kick on Raw
On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, Randy Orton made sure Drew McIntyre remembered who he was dealing with. Following his fiery promo on the show, Randy Orton ambushed the WWE Champion in a brutal manner.
Drew McIntyre was holding up his belt in front of all the virtual fans when Orton ambushed him from behind, taking down the Champion.

McIntyre was quick to recover and continued the brawl against Orton. “The Legend Killer” took it backstage through the curtain but McIntyre seemed to gain the upper hand.
Throwing a few punches, “The Scottish Psycopath” was set to humiliate Orton again. However, “The Viper” played dirty and attacked the eye of Drew McIntyre, forcing him to break away.

Seeing McIntyre on his knees, Orton quickly poised himself and delivered a vicious Punt Kick. “The Legend Killer” can certainly add the WWE Champion to his hit list after this vicious assault.
McIntyre, however, managed to bring himself up. Unlike the other victims of Orton, McIntyre still had some fight left in him. In fact, he was the first person who didn’t need a stretcher to carry his carcass.
Drew was still hurt, and he was hurt bad. He will definitely be looking to get back at Randy at the soonest. The two will undoubtedly compete again.
Drew McIntyre threatened to Claymore Kick Randy Orton
During his promo, “The Scottish Psychopath” called out Randy Orton following their match at SummerSlam. After securing the win through a backslide, McIntyre warned Orton that the next match wouldn’t end so painlessly.

The course is now set for a future match. The exciting storyline will definitely see harsher moments in the next duel between these two. Drew McIntyre is looking to end Orton once and for all, but Orton has more than one trick up his sleeve.
