There are multiple talented and young WWE superstars currently on the WWE roster. However, there is one individual who has not grabbed the attention of the fans, but has also received special attention from Vince McMahon himself.

And that person is none other than the WWE Raw superstar Austin Theory.

Austin Theory did not have a memorable WrestleMania this year in terms of his performance. But the future looks bright for the young WWE superstar.

No doubt that he is immensely talented. Ever since his move to the main roster in 2021, he had appeared in several segments, including segments alongside Vince McMahon.

And recently, at WrestleMania 38, Mr. McMahon introduced Austin Theory before his match against Pat McAfee. In fact, the WWE chairman spelled the words “Future WWE Universal Champion” while introducing Austin Theory.

After WWE Survivor Series 2021, Mr. McMahon acted as a mentor to the WWE Raw superstar. Austin Theory also claims himself to be Vince McMahon’s protégé.

It looks like the two men share a good bond. And it was visible during this year’s WrestleMania.

Even though the WWE Raw superstar lost in his match, Mr. McMahon allowed Austin Theory to enjoy the spotlight following Vince’s win over Pat McAfee.

However, their night did not end well as Stone Cold Steve Austin returned to spoil their happy moment. The Texas Rattlesnake hit stunners not only on Austin Theory and Vince McMahon, but on Pat McAfee as well.

Earlier, there were rumors of Vince McMahon competing against Pat McAfee at WrestleMania 38. But later, it got official that Austin Theory is going to challenge Pat McAfee at this year’s WrestleMania.

Coming to WrestleMania 38, fans expected Vince to be at ringside or have some involvement in the match. Though Vince was ringside, he did not interfere in the match.
