After a disappointing SummerSlam 2023, Triple H and WWE presented the fans with one of the greatest PLEs in a long time. From a high-paced opening match to a technically great main event, Payback 2023 emerged as a treat. While Becky Lynch began the PLE on a winning note, her husband Seth Rollins finished it off with an expert touch as well.

Seth Rollins overpowered his opponent Shinsuke Nakamura while showcasing great will and strength. The night ended on a happy note for him as he handed Nakamura an embarrassing loss.
