Ronda Rousey had a dominant run in the MMA world as UFC Women’s Champion. Her initial undefeated run and her style soon made her a hit among fans all over the world. As with every rising star, Rousey had her fair share of fans and critics.

Rousey’s popularity was so immense it drew the attention of many celebrities who either praised her or completely went against her. In one such incident Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber mocked her on Twitter after Amanda Nunes had handed Rousey her second defeat in UFC.

Bieber tweeted about The Rowdy One getting knocked out by Nunes at UFC 207 in an insulting manner. Although Rousey didn’t respond to the singer’s tweet, former UFC fighter Brendan Schaub came to her defense.

On an episode of Joe Rogan’s podcast, he along with the UFC color commentator replied to Bieber’s insult in simple words.

Ronda Rousey’s ruthless unbeaten run came to a sudden halt at UFC 193. Holly Holm knocked her out in the second round in their title match.

After taking a hiatus, Rousey made a return to the octagon to face Amanda Nunes in 2016 at UFC 207. However, it didn’t turn out to be a fruitful return. Nunes won the bout in just the first round in 48 seconds.

Following this shocking loss, Rousey left UFC and hasn’t returned since. She received a lot of backlash following this defeat from some fans. Famous pop singer Justin Bieber also took a dig at the Baddest Woman on the Planet. Bieber tweeted, “You just got knocked the f**k out.”

Afterwards, UFC commentator Joe Rogan discussed this fight with Brendan Schaub, who is Rousey’s ex-boyfriend, on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast and brought up Bieber’s tweet on Rousey. Schaub said, “How about that motherf***er is talking shit. How about Bieber talking shit?”

Rogan also weighed in and said, “I know, he even made a tweet[…] Thats silly. That dude is so silly.” Moreover, Schaub added that people who are not involved in the sport should not comment on it. He continued, “Hey Bieber, sing your f***ing songs and beat it you turd. You don’t even write your own music. What the f**k are you talking about?”

Schaub also mentioned that Bieber’s tweet towards Rousey may stem from the fact that the former UFC Champion went off on Bieber for snubbing her little sister during an event.

Bieber’s tweet didn’t get a reaction from the current WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion, but Schaub and Rogan more than took care of the business here.
