When it comes to the name “Schwarzenegger” in Hollywood, it’s often associated with one man: Arnold Schwarzenegger, the iconic action star-turned-politician. However, what many people may not realize, is that the Schwarzenegger family has a talented presence in the entertainment industry that extends beyond ‘The Austrian Oak.’ Arnold’s sons and son-in-law are reputed names in Hollywood as well. And two of them worked together in a recent web series.

Chris Pratt took Patrick Schwarzenegger in for a project, but before signing him, he made sure that Patrick had all that he needs for the role of ‘Donny Mitchell’ in his show ‘The Terminal List.’ In a recent Instagram story reposted by Patrick on his Instagram, he recalled his moments spent on the sets of the thriller series.

Before signing Patrick, Chris Pratt had a few demands from Arnold’s son. For the role of ‘Danny Mitchell,’ Patrick was asked to gain 20 pounds of weight and get the tactical training required to play the role. Reminded of these memories by an Instagram story, Patrick recalled those days and reposted the story, followed by a short message. The story was originally posted by Aaron Jimson, who trained Patrick for the role.

The show is based on a book by Jack Carr, who is a former Navy SEAL. Pratt was asked in the interview whether or not Patrick auditioned for the role. Pratt replied, “I literally can’t remember if he did or not. I’d have to ask him.”

Continuing further, Pratt said, “But he was so right for the role that I absolutely would have cast him even if I didn’t know him if I wasn’t related to him.” While explaining why Patrick was a perfect face for the young character, he had to spill a spoiler about the show. Pratt explained, “I knew it was important that he have a face that would be unforgettable, so it would really gut you when we lose him.”
