Bencic clearly believes that Nadal ticks all the boxes when it comes to playing at the French Open. She even emphasized that the Roland Garros was Nadal’s own tournament. When asked to pick the name of the most elegant female player in the Slam’s history, Bencic took the name of Susan Langland.
“On the women’s side, I feel like Susan Langland for sure. I mean, you know, like talking about elegant, you know, with the skirts and everything. They had kind of different outfit than we have now but that’s what comes to my mind, so yeah,” added the Swiss player.
