Ivan Ljubicic, Roger Federer’s coach, praised the world number seven, Matteo Berrettini and drew some similarities between him and Roger. The former world number, Ljubicic, also claimed that Berrettini has the potential to win a Grand Slam.

According to Ivan, Berrettini had an incredible run at all the grand slams. He showed determination and consistency throughout the year. Ljubicic said, “Berrettini is going to win a Grand Slam. He is perfect, does everything right. He reminds me of Roger Federer for how deeply he analyzes things.”
The Croatian drew some similarities between the 20-time grand slam champion, Roger Federer and Matteo Berrettini. He confessed that the Italian reminds him of Federer as both the players analyze their games deeply. Above all, Ljubicic believes that Berrettini will win a Grand Slam sooner or later.
