World No.1 Novak Djokovic recently registered his fourth victory at the Wimbledon Championships 2021. Facing Chilean player Cristan Garin, the Serb never looked uncomfortable during the match. He gave away just eight games and thrashed his opponent in straight sets, 6-2, 6-4, 6-2.
In the post-match interview, Djokovic revealed that he doesn’t think much about the G.O.A.T debate while playing a Grand Slam. He mentioned that even though some fans call him the greatest player of all time, he just focuses on his day-to-day routine.
“I don’t allow myself to think too much about that (people calling him GOAT or one of). I need to go about my everyday routines the same way like before,” said Djokovic in the interview.
