Brooklyn Nets lost their 11th game of the season against the Clippers in a tightly fought contest at the Barclays Center. Kevin Durant and James Harden led the scoring charts in the game, but it wasn’t enough to stop a Clippers comeback in the final quarter. Los Angeles Clippers were behind every quarter except for the last, when they came back from seven points behind to win by 4 points.
This was the Nets’ 2nd straight loss, and it has left the players and the staff frustrated. Durant scored 28 points and recorded 9 rebounds and 3 assists vs the Clippers.
James Harden scored a game-high 34 points and completed a triple-double with 12 rebounds and 13 assists. However, it wasn’t enough as the Nets squandered a seven-point lead in the final quarter. Nets star Durant was visibly frustrated after the game as the Nets dropped their 2nd straight game. During the post-game interview, he admitted that the Nets were ‘too chill’.
