‘Make Sure We Work’: Trainer Reveals the Player Who James Harden Is Excited to Train With
As NBA athletes, players need to prioritize their health and overall conditioning. Trainers come together with a routine that suits the star, making sure that they stay on top of their game. Of course, every player works differently–including Brooklyn Nets star James Harden. In a recent interview, a trainer revealed who the 32-year-old is excited to train with, and why.
Harden, who is widely seen as one of the best players in the league as of now, has been a target of criticism before. Regardless, he has always overcome any obstacles that have come his way, repeatedly proving he is one of the best scorers in the league. Last season, despite being a strong team, injuries had Harden and his teammates sidelined.

Who does Brooklyn Nets star James Harden want to train with?
Recently, NBA trainer and skills coach Chris Brickley appeared as a guest on SHOWTIME Basketball’s ALL THE SMOKE. He was asked about Kevin Porter Jr, which elicited an almost-excited response from Brickley. He then mentioned Harden, who wants to work together with Porter Jr.
“He’s (Kevin Porter Jr.) a beast. And everyone that sees it. Like James is like, ‘yo, we need to like make sure we work together this summer,'” he added. “Melo also watch him…… He’s a Hooper, he has a handle, he can shoot, he’s athletic…. I think he has a super bright future”.

Harden and the Nets will be back this season, looking to win a title. Last season, despite their best efforts, they were eliminated by the Milwaukee Bucks during the conference semifinals. Even though the team played relatively well, both Kyrie Irving and Harden suffered from injuries. With a big three in place, the Nets will be even more determined to make a strong comeback.
He averaged 24.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 10.8 assists per game last season.

Porter, on the other hand, is currently with Harden’s former team – the Houston Rockets. He started his career in Cleveland and moved to the Rockets last season. The 24-year-old averaged 16.6 points with the Rockets.
