IFBB Pro Greg Doucette is the talk of the town for raising topics that concern most bodybuilding enthusiasts. The Canadian bodybuilder is famous for his searing remarks against PED use and uncouth gym culture. Moreover, his nutrition and training guidelines, backed by scientific data, provide much-needed guidance in the era of information overload. This time, the world record holder came to the rescue of his fellow internet sensation.

In a YouTube video, Doucette spoke about an incident in Mexico. Furthermore, the powerlifter highlighted the unfair treatment Said Sergeyevich Shavershian, dubbed Chestbrah, faced in a gym.

The video shows the fitness coach explaining the premise of the incident. He also posted a snippet where Chestbrah is in a crowded gym. Doucette said, “Chestbrah, you know the brother of Zyzz was kicked out of a commercial gym,” because he made noise while putting the weights down. Furthermore, the bodybuilder added, Do you know what else he did? He wore ‘short’ shorts. This is Chestbrah bro, “world-famous guy” who loves to dress up, has a fashion show at the gym.”

Additionally, the coach added a snippet showing a manager talking to Chestbrah in the post. A voiceover says they “kicked him out for being too jacked.” However, Doucette disagrees. He thinks this is an over-exaggeration. The primary reason for being thrown out is that Chestbrah is “not gentle enough.” Pointing to the events, Greg posed difficult questions about gym ethics, wondering if making noise is a big enough reason to shun someone from the gym.

To the uninitiated, Chestbrah is a fitness influencer and brother of the late meme master Zyzz a.k.a Aziz Shavershian. The brothers started the aesthetics movement. Moreover, the brothers became famous on YouTube in 2007. However, in 2011, Zyzz tragically passed away on a trip to Bangkok at 22. Since then, Chestbrah has worked hard to make his name in the fitness industry.

The recent incident in the gym pointed out by Doucette once again brought the brothers into the limelight. One can count on Doucette to highlight the latest happenings in the bodybuilding industry onstage and offstage. Earlier, the B.S. and M.S. in kinesiology spoke about maintaining strength while dieting.

Doucette teaches about diet and exercise

A few days ago, the bodybuilder asked the fitness icon how to improve strength while reducing body fat. The coach responded, ” “The key is to diet so slowly that you don’t even feel like you’re dieting. If you’re doing an aggressive cut, like in one question, the guy was doing a 1500-calorie deficit daily, then that’s ridiculous. Of course, you’re going to get weaker.”
