Bodybuilder, Chris Bumstead was recently spotted doing an ad film for his protein whey supplement brand RAW Nutrition at Walmart. The Classic champion couldn’t stop working out during the. In a video, He was seen doing an incline dumbbell press. While managing his business and preparing for the Mr. Olympia title like a pro.

He became a partner and co-owner of this brand in 2021. Since then he has been promoting RAW worldwide. RAW Nutrition shared an advertisement video on their YouTube channel. Chris shares the screen with fellow fitness enthusiasts Domenic Iacovone and Matt Jansen.

In this short video, he looked amazing. The video starts from the outside of the store where these men are stepping into the Walmart. They’re surfing around the aisles. Despite the shooting, CBum didn’t stop his routine, and he made Walmart his gym for some time. He did an incline dumbbell press to well-defined his abs well. While promoting the brand, he never lost focus on winning the title for the fifth time.

He’s been sharing his preparation videos through his social media. In a recent interview with Olympia TV, he openly announced that he was going to win. The rest of the competitors are only fighting to secure the second position. To achieve his goals, he’s aiming for exercises that solely target the upper body, like the chest, shoulders, and arms. Building a strong and ripped upper body is significantly crucial in classic physique competitions, where aesthetics and proportion are key factors.

Classic physique athletes have a specific weight limit based on their height. According to the IFBB’s new rule, now the short-height bodybuilders have to increase around 7 lbs in weight and those taller than 6’1 feet, bodybuilders have to gain at least 2 lbs weight.

After the announcement, CBum is trying harder and putting in extra effort to win the classic physique title. He’s confident to maintain his position as king of aesthetics. In his recent workout sessions, he focused on his upper body to make it more shredded and palpable. He has faith in his abilities.
