Doucette calls out the haters in the comments and talks about the actual reality of losing weight. He says, “In the real world losing that much weight is not sustainable. Yeah, you can do it for a little while for a few months, you can suffer through it. But in the end, adrenaline can make you hungry…”
Doucette also explained that a person cannot hold on that long and said, “And eventually your willpower runs out.” He knows how social media influences people’s body image and even said, “Yeah it’s impressive to lose weight quicker and yeah it gets more views, more followers more money more everything but it comes at what cost?” Then he went back to complimenting Brently who took the right step to lose weight slowly.
