Therefore, giving a harsh reality check to the fans and getting brutally honest, Muscle shared a video on going to extremes. He advised that getting obese is not healthy; however, being overly muscular is also not an ideal choice.

The 48-year-old athlete mindfully elucidated the vagueness of being excessively fit, while the world focuses on the disadvantages of being obese. Starting on a dramatic note that touched the fans, Muscle shared that “heart diseases” is the biggest reason for fatalities in the US. Therefore, taking the young generation as his target audience, he hinted at the drawbacks of going extreme on either end of the sphere.
