First and foremost, Cutler said in the newsletter, “When we are younger, it is easier to get away.” He advocates for paying attention to how our bodies react to different foods. If something leaves you feeling bloated, lethargic, or uncomfortable, it’s time to bid it farewell, regardless of its health label. Cutler stresses that even if a food is deemed “healthy,” if your gut doesn’t agree, it’s better off the menu.

The bodybuilding beast opts for frequent, smaller meals. In an Instagram video, he mentioned that during his prep, he would eat every 2 hours. This strategy aids the digestive system by breaking down the daily food intake into manageable portions. Aim for a meal every 2-4 hours to give your gut a breather and optimize digestion.

Additionally, fiber, often touted as a digestive hero, comes under Cutler’s watchful eye. While veggies are undeniably healthy, going overboard can slow down digestion. Cutler, self-admittedly not a huge veggie consumer, suggests moderation and encourages individuals to find the right balance for their bodies.

Having transitioned from a legendary bodybuilding career to entrepreneurship, Cutler launched “Cutler Nutrition” and introduced “ProBio 50”, a probiotic supplement, recognizing the essential role of gut health in longevity. According to him, his supplement has become a bestseller, indicating a growing awareness of the need to care for our digestive systems. While promoting supplements himself, the quad stomps advise people not to completely rely on the supplements.

CutlerNutrition recently shared a video on Instagram, where Cutler talks about protein shakes. He suggests treating them as a supplement, and not a full meal. Cutler advises having a balanced diet with protein-rich foods like chicken, eggs, and fish. He stresses having meals every few hours, aiming for six to eight a day for consistent gains.
