Arnold Schwarzenegger recently shared the story of one of his villagers who gradually started losing weight using The Pump app. Unlike many weight loss schemes advertised on the internet, Schwarzenegger’s team does not promise that one will get abs within 28 days. In fact, it took his subscriber, Dave two years to lose 149 lbs, and Dave claims his journey is still not over.
The 76-year-old bodybuilding legend, while showcasing Dave’s story, made one statement that gave a reality check to those who look for shortcuts for physique changes. As Schwarzenegger explained this, he also took Dave’s example to showcase the reality of transforming one’s physique.

The Austrian Oak shared a photo of Dave who is set on eradicating his obesity despite losing approximately 149lbs. Schwarzenegger explained that he will succeed and inspire people. Further, Arnie found it necessary to add that hacks are not worth anyone’s time. He stated, “I wish I had hacks or shortcuts to sell you. But Dave shows you the only thing that works: showing up. Bad day? Show up. Good day? Show up. The only shortcut is not wasting your time on any of the shortcuts and just showing up and getting to work like Dave did.”
Let me explain why Dave will succeed, why he should inspire everyone, and why his story fits so well with what we are doing with The Pump (https://t.co/Ny6ByM3yYg). Spoiler: it isn’t just that he’s a member who uses our programs. https://t.co/NjW76NNs9G

That’s because however, they hacked the system, with medicine, with crash diets, whatever: hacks don’t last.” While he explained that quick fixes were not the answer, Schwarzenegger also had a reminder to give to those engaged in fitness programs with his app as well.
