61 YO Bodybuilder, With Biological Age of 39, Details His Stem Cell Therapy to Get Rid of Arthritis Pain

Bodybuilding is a sport that includes a lot of injuries, such as hamstring pulls and bicep tears. Every bodybuilder has gone through some of the other kinds of injury during the training process. Even Nick Walker could not take part in the 2023 Olympia because of his hamstring tear. Bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman and Frank Zane have also gone through their share of injuries later in life due to working out with heavy weights. This bodybuilder has also started freezing arthritis problems due to his life of weight training.

Dorian Yates has gone through the pain of arthritis in his right hip because of his career. The 61-year-old, who has a biological age of 39 years, recently started undergoing stem cell treatment to help with his arthritis problem. According to him, it has helped him a lot, and he recently gave an update on the stem cell treatment and his health.

He recently uploaded an Instagram video about the progress made after his stem cell treatment for arthritis. In the video, he is seen walking in sunny weather, and greeting friends worried about his health. Yates talked about his stem cell treatment at Bioxcellerator and explained the benefits that he has gone through.

After six months of the treatment, he narrated the benefits and said, “Giving you a six-month update on the stem cell treatment a lot of people asking. The main thing is that I got a bone on bone arthritis on my right hip from all the lifting over the years.”

While speaking about the improvement, he explains, “I would say it’s not 100% but big improvement maybe 50 or 60%.” Yates also apparently had problems in his shoulder and elbow, which improved exponentially after the treatment. He said, “I had some in the shoulder and elbow as well.” He also feels a “general sense of well-being and looking fresher,” and his skin feels fresh. He has given updates about his treatment previously as well and talked about the one-month mark after he started the treatment.

Dorian Yates has improved his health with stem-cell treatment

The IFBB pro recently gave a monthly update on his treatment for arthritis. According to Yates, the one-month mark showed a slight improvement: “So after one month, I estimated my hip pain discomfort and lack of mobility to improve by 20%.” 

The Shadow explained the three-month improvement and said, “Now we are at the three-month mark. I would say it’s around maybe 40%.”  And now, at the six-month mark, he’s feeling much better, and the improvement is almost 60%. This is good news because the veteran bodybuilder wanted to avoid any form of surgery and his health to other forms of treatment.

The 61-year-old still works out every day despite retiring in 1997. He is still a veteran in the bodybuilding world, and young bodybuilders look up to him.
