“This Is Insane”: Dwarf Bodybuilder’s Mind-Numbing 545lbs Squat Leaves Fitness World Jaw-Dropped

When one thinks about bodybuilding, it is always the size of those in the sport that comes to one’s mind. However a dwarf bodybuilder has recently left the fitness world astonished with his hard-to-believe strength and intensity in lifting weights.  

Often called the ‘Mini Pekka’ by fans, the bodybuilder goes by the name of Dwarf Juggernaut on Instagram. He comes true to his name every time he posts his training videos that show his overwhelming force. Recently, his 545lbs squat triggered major ’ reactions from fans.

In a recent video uploaded by Brokfit Youtube channel, Tom Agnew aka Dwarf Juggernaut can be seen doing squats with 545lbs. The video says, This guy has some serious strength. This is 247 kg. That’s 545 pounds. This is some serious weight to get under. That is very impressive in itself. Now, he gets good depth, full range of motion, and he’s not just doing it for one rep, he’s going for a second rep.

The video also went on to describe that Agnew wasn’t just lifting such serious weights, but was also doing it with “clean form”. Fans started reacting to the video where he was seen doing his workout with unwavering focus and determination. While most of his fans hailed him for his unparalleled strength, some found his training entertaining.

Fans hail the Dwarf Juggernaut’s efforts 

Complementing his strength, a fan said,He may be small but that’s some insane strength. The fans’ love continued pouring in the comment section below his video. Another fan expressed, “He truly is a juggernaut. That man is stronger than me, and I’m pretty strong. Somehow, he was able to squat my whole life for reps.Calling him the king, one fan said, “True meaning of SHORT KING.

However, some fans also found entertainment in Agnew’s actions. One fan wrote, “No disrespect but it’s so funny watching him go 90 degrees w the ground and only have squatted 5 inches. Referring to him as Mini Pekka, a user said, “NOW THAT… is a mini pekka.Agnew is symbolic of the fact that dedication and hard work is all that matters in the fitness world. As he continues on his fitness journey, he becomes an inspiration for everyone looking to get into the world of bodybuilding.
