Jay Cutler started the video by stating that he had “some of the biggest delts in bodybuilding when I was at my reign for Mr. Olympia.” Diving straight into the list, he started by talking about the first movement in the list which was the rear cable crossover. The rear cable crossover is an exercise that primarily targets the rear deltoids. It also engages the upper back muscles which makes it an essential muscle group to train. A bodybuilder with weak rear deltoids will automatically appear to have a poorly-developed back as well.?

Concluding the list in the video, Cutler pointed out “the most important which is the seated side lateral raise which will give you that huge cap in the delts.” Side raises, as the name suggests, are a popular exercise for targeting the side (medial) deltoids and building broader shoulders. Cutler jokingly ended the video by saying, “You guys want to walk around and go sideways through doors, make sure you do these three movements.”
