’20 Months in Prison for 24 Million’: Adrien Broner Makes Bold Statement

Adrien Broner, also famously known as ‘The Problem’ is a former four-division world champion and professional boxer. He has earned the name rightfully so with all the antics that he has pulled, from making crude comments and posting alarming Instagram posts to having multiple conflicts with the law. But recently, Adrien shared a bold statement in a story. The post came ahead of his upcoming fight against Michael Williams Jr. on February 25.

Broner is no stranger to controversy. In November 2020, he was sentenced to jail for contempt of court in a civil lawsuit. During this time, the judge accused him of not paying the ordered $800,000 to the victim and cited an Instagram video that showed him dealing with large stacks of money. Despite his claims that the money wasn’t his, the judge ordered him to remain in jail until he provided truthful information.

On February 9th, 2023, Adrien Broner took to social media to boast about his alleged wealth. In the post, he wrote, “20 months in prison for 24 million… Yeah, sign me up today!!!!! I think about all the Shit I’m about to buy once I get out!!!!!.” This tweet is a reference to his time in prison and his newfound wealth, which is yet to be confirmed. There has been no mention of how he supposedly earned the staggering amount of $24 million. This is especially shocking after his claim during the court hearing that he only had $13 in cash at that time.

Adrien Broner, also known as ‘The Problem,’ has been gone from the boxing world for a bit. But he’s ready to make a comeback and show everyone what he’s got! He recently fell victim to heavy trolling by fans on his ‘physical transformation’.

Broner with an impressive record of 34-4-1 is looking forward to proving his mettle once again in the ring. He seems pretty determined to add one more knockout to his record. His determination can be seen in his Instagram post, in which he shared that even on a light day, he is not holding back on his training. He wrote, “Failure is not an option”. Adrien reportedly ran 10 miles in 100 minutes. He certainly seems to be taking this very seriously.

‘The Problem’ recently shared a bold statement in a story. The post came ahead of his upcoming fight against Michael Williams Jr. Adrien Broner is scheduled to make a return to the boxing ring after a two-year break. He was previously scheduled to fight Omar Figueroa Jr. last year but had to pull out due to mental health issues.
