David Haye Compares Daniel Dubois With Mike Tyson – Says He Will Knock Out Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury

Ahead of his high-voltage title fight against Joe Joyce on November 28, ‘Dynamite’ Daniel Dubois has been compared with Mike Tyson by his teammate and former champion David Haye. Considering Dubois’ young age and in-ring brutality, Haye claimed that he reminded him of Mike Tyson, who similarly saw glory at an early stage.
Haye also claimed that the 23-year-old has the power to clear off the entire heavyweight division, including the current champions, Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. That said, Dubois has his first major test ahead where he will put his undefeated record at stake to grab the WBC silver heavyweight, vacant European heavyweight title, and Commonwealth (British Empire) heavyweight title.
If he beats Joyce, ‘Dynamite’ Dubois will have a glorifying path ahead.

Meanwhile, Joe Joyce is also undefeated and has an equally alarming resume. Having taken 10 of his 11 opponents with knockouts, Joyce presents a serious threat inside the ring. However, David Haye still rates Dubois over anyone for his youth.
Speaking with Seconds out, ‘Hayemaker’ said, “The youth factor can’t be ignored. A 23-year-old man you now, he (Daniel Dubois) reminds me kind of Mike Tyson where he has just peaked really early and he is just that guy who can just let his hands go and every time we have stepped him up in level he has risen.”
Is there an antidote for Daniel Dubois?
Despite all the achievements, Dubois still has a long path to go and is yet to test himself against the best. But, he has already trained with former champions and has troubled them inside the ring. In the professional run, Dubois has won 14 of his 15 fights with knockouts. Thus, David Haye has a point behind his statements.
Haye said, “The only guy to go to the distance. I was in ringside for that one when he fought kingpin Johnson, and Johnson wasn’t really mixing it up. He was there to survive. He is a seasoned old veteran, been there, done it. Vitali Klitschko, he’s been in there. He has been there with all of them, and he knows how to look after himself. I think the only person to blast him was Anthony Joshua and I think you are having a go against that Joshua fight.”

He added, “I just think the power is there from Dubois to take any heavyweight out and that includes Tyson Fury. That includes Anthony Joshua. If someone allows this young man with so much youth and so much vigor to just to unload, he is going to get you out of there.”
The upcoming 12-rounds main-event clash will determine whether Dubois is ready for the big shots. If yes, fight fans can see another elite emerge into the already stellar heavyweight roster. No wonder interesting news for the fight fans.
