Deontay Wilder looks to have lost his right to claim the WBC championship bout, and a fight with interim titleholder Dillian Whyte appears to be the most viable option. ‘The Bronze Bomber’ could have fought Tyson Fury in an epic trilogy for his lost world title.
However, Fury is now aligned to fight Anthony Joshua and Wilder will have to wait until he gets his shot at the belts. Meanwhile, Dillian Whyte is eager to face Wilder in a massive fight that can allure all the fight fans.
Although Wilder hasn’t briefly responded to the call-out, another heavyweight contender in Derek Chisora has posed his opinion on the scenario. ‘War’ Chisora, 32-10, will face Joseph Parker on May 1 and is undergoing active camp, but he still took out some time to advise Deontay Wilder regarding his next move.

He added, “Deontay Wilder if you are watching this. You tell Eddie, yeah, you will take 60 million.”

Deontay Wilder vs Dillian Whyte- The fight to make?
Looking at the current scenario, Wilder vs Whyte makes absolute sense. While Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will reportedly collide for the WBC, WBA, WBO, IBF belts, several mandataries will emerge out for the respective titles.
Already, Joe Joyce vs Oleksandr Usyk is in the works for the WBO (Interim) heavyweight title. The winner of the fight will earn the shot at Joshua’s WBO belt. So, Whyte vs Wilder can settle the perfect mandatory for the WBC slot.
