Gervonta Davis spoke about his upcoming fight against Isaac Cruz on 5 December at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. While he is focused on his upcoming defense, ‘Tank’ also had time to speak about Jake Paul on The Last Stand Podcast.

Brian Custer asked ‘Tank’ what he thought about Jake Paul taking to his social media and saying ‘Tank Davis is number one on my hit list’.

Davis’ reply showed just how little he cares about Paul’s antics. He said, “Clown. You know, people that act like a clown, when you call them a clown. They be so pissed off.”

Custer also asked Davis what he thought of celebrities and other non-boxers earning millions for just entering the ring and fighting other non-boxers. ‘Tank’ replied, “It’s crazy, I mean this what it come to bro. It’s all good.”

Paul originally rose to fame on the video-sharing app YouTube. He started one of the first content houses, named Team 10, which shot him to fame.

Since then, ‘The Problem Child’, who turned to boxing, became pro in his very second bout. Since turning pro, he took on former NBA athletes, and retired UFC fighters, beating them all to maintain his unbeaten professional record. In his next fight, Paul will take on Tommy Fury on December 18 in Tampa Bay, Florida.
