It’s a deal ‘The Maverick’ might as well have deemed never to have occurred. However, it happened and left many investors unhappy and seeking compensation. Many who decided to spend on Logan Paul‘s NFT-based CryptoZoo, which never materialized, still reportedly await reparations to the tune of roughly $1.3 million. That could explain why it stunned many who came across news of Paul and KSI‘s Prime Hydration topping the list of donors for a charity with around $300,000. Most of the followers’ questions revolved around the CryptoZoo repayment.
So, @Dexerto shared a message yesterday. KSI and Logan Paul’s joint venture Prime Hydration contributed around £250,000, corresponding to $300,000, to the Sidemen Charity Match. Unsurprisingly, many comments flew in, most bent on resurrecting the CryptoZoo misadventure.

The following fan echoed almost similar sentiments. He also believes that Logan Paul still has to make amends with the victims of his alleged ‘scam.’ It doesn’t bother anyone to whom he is getting married. However, what matters is Paul making good on what he took away.
Logan Paul still needs to payback the people he scammed. We don’t really care that he is marrying a chick with a super high body count. We care about him paying back what he stole.

According to the following user, when the Prime Hydration logo is visible everywhere, it becomes difficult to call it a donation. It’s more akin to a paid advertisement.
It’s hard to call it a donation when the prime logo was everywhere. More like a paid promotion

This fan finds it inconceivable that people are willing to defend someone like Logan Paul. He is giving away money but won’t repay the individuals he owes money to.

But then there were a few who lauded Paul and KSI’s generosity. For instance, the following user finds it wonderful to see celebrities like ‘The Maverick’ and the British YouTuber-turned-boxer using their platform to further good deeds in the community.

According to an article in Kotaku, the setback reportedly earned Logan Paul a class-action lawsuit. In January, he even discussed the measures he would undertake to address the problem through social media. “My 3-step plan for CryptoZoo, including a $1.3M rewards program for disappointed players,” he wrote. According to the article, people who fell for the scam have even created a website. It keeps track of the time since Paul announced the steps. It seems refunds are yet to happen.
