In the late 20th century, the Hip-hop music genre was gaining immense popularity and had attained a huge number of listeners. A lot of people wanted to either be rappers or at least look like them. The Age of Hip-hop can easily be considered as the succession of the Jazz Age, due to its influence in the 1980s. But simultaneously, this also brought a hunger for power and the urge to be the best in the business. This became the reason for the bad blood between Ruthless Records and Death Row Records. Recently, Ice Cube, a former member of the NWA’s Ruthless Records, came up on the podcast of Logan Paul to throw some light on all the myths and conspiracies attached to this feud.

There are a lot of conspiracies surrounding the fight between the West Coast (Ruthless Records) and the East Coast (Death Row Record) rappers. One such theory includes the death of Eazy-E, the Ruthless Records artist, and the involvement of Suge Knight, the CEO of Death Row Record label, with it. This conspiracy was instantly debunked by Eazy-E’s friend and teammate in NWA, Ice Cube on the IMPAULSIVE podcast.

Ice Cube throws light on Eazy-E’s death on Logan Paul’s podcast

Reportedly, Eazy-E died on March 26, 1995, at the age of 30 years, due to AIDS-induced pneumonia. So, the co-host, Mike Majlak informs Ice Cube about this conspiracy theory he read on the internet, where he got to know how Suge Knight could be involved with Eazy-E’s death.

And Majlak enunciated that somehow Knight was the reason behind Eazy-E’s HIV infusion. Ice Cube chuckled and asked, “How would he do that?“. Majlak explained by using an intravenous needle, and Ice Cube again asked him why Eazy-E wouldn’t tell anybody about it if he was poked deliberately.

To that, Majlak stated that sometimes you are just not aware if you’re at a public place or at a party. He again emphasized that it’s just a theory he read online. Ice Cube, then, said, “Nah I think if somebody poke you with one of them goddamn needles, you’ll know. You’ll know.” And Cube said that even if it happened, Eazy-E would’ve told somebody that it did happen.

So Cube was quite adamant in questioning the reliability of such a theory. Interestingly, throughout the whole podcast, Cube came out to be a very straight-forward guy, he even made a shocking revelation about the famous celebrity, Kevin Hart.

Logan Paul laughed at Majlak’s conspiracy theory, and shoved the whole narrative down as “stupid”. Then he went on to share his Suge Knight story, how he saw him in person when he was just an 18-year-old.
