Jones Jr was a little more unhappy with the draw. He was on the back foot throughout the fight and was getting caught on multiple occasions. Despite this, he said, “Hell no, I ain’t ever settle for a draw.”
He added, “But the dude is so strong, man… When he hits you, if it’s his head, punches, his body shots, don’t matter. Everything hurts. So for me, I thought I did enough boxing from the outside… But you know, I’m cool with a draw”.
