However, he acknowledged that, unlike other fitness influencers, working out is not the solution to each life’s problems. I don’t believe that whether they have helped their career, whether they have helped their mental health, whether they have helped their energy, their happiness, you know.”

Hearn was addicted to poker. To the extent, it did more harm to him than good. He emphasizes that often he used to lose a substantial amount of money. However, he did not succumb to the pitfalls of his addiction and came out of it by investing in stocks instead. In an interview, he stated, “I would find myself playing high stakes cash games at all hours of the morning and going to bed, having lost a considerable amount of money, thinking, ‘What on earth are you doing?'” But he found a way to overcome his vice.
