The recent episode of Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson featured the boxer’s good friend and rapper Fat Joe. As the conversation progressed, Mike Tyson talked about how he felt the best revenge is massive success.  

He said, “I think of these people, the universe brings them to me because, um, the universe is testing my heart’s going to turn black. Because people took advantage of me. I just look at life as a big test from the most powerful universe. I don’t believe, If I got shot today that’s the way the book was written, it’s all been written, I believe, meeting each other, everything.”

Tyson further added, “My mother my sister dying of a cocaine overdose or something, anything. Whatever it was she had a heart attack, whatever it was, obesity, whatever it was. I take it for what it is. My daughter died and fought I take it for what it is.”

Tyson’s fans are aware that he is a well-read individual who enjoys studying history, psychology, and the arts. With his mind-blowing one-liners that make people pause and reflect, the veteran frequently astounds his fans.

Mike Tyson bounces back like a true champion

Not too long ago, the 56-year-old was seen in a wheelchair at the Miami airport. He was in a frail condition with a walking stick to support him; he even covered his mouth with a towel. It was later revealed that he was suffering from a sciatica flare-up. It is a lower back medical condition, which is an occupational hazard for an athlete like Tyson.

While talking to Newsmax, ‘Iron Mike’ spoke about his illness and said, “I have sciatica and from time to time this problem comes up. When it flares up, I can’t even talk! Thank God it’s the only health problem I have.”
