So, an intriguing comparison was drawn of their wealth and assets in a YouTube video. Surprisingly, there was a staggering disparity in their net worth and lifestyle.

It is estimated that the Hollywood actor is worth $400 million. His net worth is nothing to scoff at but it bears a mention that in contrast to Mayweather, it appears to be like a side hustle. However, some of Chan’s assets puts Mayweather in an inferior position. Let’s look at their luxurious assets and extravagant lifestyle and understand where the disparity lies.

Mayweather has multiple mansions all around the world. However, his most-priced property is in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The undefeated boxer purchased this property back in 2017 after his ‘Money fight’ with Conor McGregor. It is reported that ‘Money May’ bought the property for over $25 Million. In the meantime, Chan’s most famous property also happens to be in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. However, the difference lies in the price of the estate. The Hollywood actor’s property is almost half of Mayweather’s crib. It is reported that the current price of his estate is upwards of $12 Million. 

 So it is clear as day that Mayweather wins in the comparison of mansions. Not to mention, his jets, cars, and watches are significantly more prized than the Hollywood actor. However, Chan was able to outshine Mayweather in the department of yachts. The actor has 2 yachts and both are worth more than $20 Million. In the meantime, Mayweather does not happen to be in ownership of any yachts as he resorts to chartering them. So far, Mayweather is leading the score.
