Jake Paul Branded ‘Fraud’ by Fans in Giveaway Post

Youtuber turned boxer Jake Paul is known for placing wagers on matches. He also frequently calls up well-known fighters to face him in a possible matchup. He recently came off victorious against the toughest opponent of his career until now, Anderson Silva. But before the fight, Paul Tweeted that he will pay “$5000 to someone who likes, retweets and comments: #PaulSilva 10/29.”

Now that the fight is done, fans are complaining that they didn’t receive any such amount which was promised by Jake Paul. Twitter users have reportedly been mocking Paul for not living up to his promise to pay them. Fans react to Jake Paul’s recent Tweet 

Since his debut in 2018, ‘The Problem Child’ has become a well-known name in the boxing community. His PPV sales are even higher than those of several well-known fighters. However, fans can’t stop talking about how his promise to pay them $5000 was broken. Paul, on the other hand, shows no signs of remorse.

Also, he recently mentioned in a Tweet, “I don’t cap like all these twitter nerds about giveaways. Check the receipts. Next time get involved.”

A fan with his Twitter handle named ‘LayMoney’ even shared a previous screenshot where Paul stated that ‘LayMoney’ has won the $5k. But the Twitter user has denied the claims now.

While another fan branded him a fraud.

Next probable opponent for Jake Paul

The battle between the Ohio native and Tommy Fury, scheduled for August 6, was apparently shelved. Then Hasim Rahman Jr. was substituted, but even this pairing failed to materialize. Paul eventually found a challenger, and he triumphed over Silva to raise his record to 6-0.

The former had stated at the press conferences for the Paul vs. Silva fight that he intended to challenge UFC icon, Nate Diaz. The UFC star just ended his contract with the organization, and it is rumored that he may make his boxing or WWE debut. Therefore, fans might get to watch him compete against Paul in the future.
