Boxing world cannot keep calm over yesterday’s win of the future prospect, Viddal Riley and Anees Taj. With the last win, Riley has been able to push his record forward to 8-0. However, the fight was not good for the Anees Taj (7-2), rather it was a gruesome event for him. Riley’s massive hit on Taj’s left eye left a cut on his eye to bleed easily. 

Meanwhile, IFN shared the news with a clip of their fight on Twitter. On Saturday, Riley won his 8th in his professional career and solidified his position to be one of the most potent prospects for the future. But for ‘bleeding’ Taj, it was not good and he had to suffer the loss via TKO. However, fans went crazy after the result of the match was out.

Anees Taj’s brutal cut against Viddal Riley

On Saturday night, it was all eye on Viddal Riley vs Anees Taj, and Riley stepped in as the favorite. Riley was able to fulfill the wish of his fans by scoring a win with his impressive tactics.  In the video shared by IFN, no fighter was ready to give up until the last minute. Although Taj lost the fight, he showed his athletic spirit until the ver end and beat on his chest, to say it was not over yet. 

IFN wrote, “Viddal Riley defeats Anees Taj by TKO after the doctor deemed a cut above Taj’s left eye as enough to stop the fight. @IsitRIL goes 8-0 as he remains undefeated!”

Even after suffering a brutal cut, Taj wasn’t accepting defeat, showing the heart of a warrior and an unbeatable mindset. Though Taj managed to step into the ring against Viddal Riley, he failed to hurt the latter. Riley with his impressive head movement, was able to evade a significant amount of Taj’s punches. Although fans congratulated Riley for the win, they showed empathy toward Anees Taj and acknowledged his gladiator sprit.

Fans pour in mixed reactions

After the showdown, fans gave mixed reactions to the fight. Some criticized Riley for not fighting the best fighters. Meanwhile, KSI congratulated the fighter for his massive win.
