Stephen Findeisen, who is popular as Coffeezilla on YouTube, made a three-part documentary on the CryptoZoo. Coffeezilla claims that several people invested their money into the game. But the game fetched only generic zoo animal images! Reacting to the videos, Logan Paul, through a tweet, mentioned that despite his sincere admiration for Stephen’s talent and dedication to his profession, he could not accept the allegations leveled. But he promised to bring out the names, provide explanations, and hold all perpetrators accountable at an opportune time

Furthermore, he promised to reveal more through a podcast scheduled for 3rd January. A video titled “My Response to Coffeezilla’s Scam Allegations” was uploaded by Logan Paul as a follow-up to his earlier statement. The Maverick responded to every argument Coffeezilla made and provided his explanations, which have been seen by roughly a million people thus far. After that, however, the controversy took a new turn, most unexpectedly. The video seems to have been removed, likewise.

In a new twist to the story, Coffeezilla updated his Twitter handle, stating that he received a call from Logan. The latter has agreed to delete ‘two’ of his responses and call off the legal action. Further, the YouTuber shared information that hints at Logan making a third video. However, the former hoped that Logan’s actions would culminate in taking full ownership and repaying all those affected by the game.

In addition to tweets, Logan kept the CryptoZoo community in the loop via their official Discord channel, “Hey all, just wanted to update you. I deleted my initial response to Coffee’s series. It was rash and misaligned with the true issue at hand, so I called him today and apologized… the war is not with Coffee…”

Logan Paul’s response to Coffeezilla series

In 2021, Logan Paul launched CryptoZoo with Non-Fungible Tokens or NFTs. The fundamental objective behind the game was for the players to enjoy and win cash. So, CryptoZoo added NFT animals in 2021. But, the initial excitement faded rapidly.

CryptoZoo is fundamentally an NFT game. The virtual currency, known as “zoo coins,” is used to acquire NFT “eggs,” which, once purchased, can be hatched into various animals. It is possible to create hybrids by breeding the animals after birth. The “zoo coin” reward program is proportional to the final animal that was the most unusual.

These documentary videos include Paul discussing some of the difficulties that have emerged during CryptoZoo’s growth.

In his video, Logan Paul mentioned, “You have used my name for views and money, “Your addiction to clicks has clouded your judgment, and you’ve made very real errors with very real repercussions. [Coffeezilla has continued] to morph from an investigator to a gossip channel. He is a lopsided journalist with an agenda.”

Besides his team, Paul had a serious complaint about an “illegal recording” of a phone conversation.

Coffeezilla provided sections of a chat with Paul’s manager, Jeff Levin, during his probe. Taking up the issue, Logan said, “Surely a real internet detective would not break criminal and civil laws in trying to get information right so why have you allowed the illegal recording of Jeff’s phone call without his permission and then more like an internet criminal post it online.”

Paul appeared ready to sue the YouTube investigator for his alleged illegal actions,” “I suggest you use the money from your Patreon to hire a good lawyer; you’re gonna need it. See you in court.”
