The Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury encounter seems to be going through a lot of trials. This fight between the British pair is one of the biggest heavyweight collisions of all time. And the boxing fans are already in a frenzy to see the duo take up the ring space.
Even after much discussion and rigmarole, this fight isn’t official yet, and that’s a case of worry for both Joshua and Fury fans.
Recently, one of Fury’s promoters, Frank Warren, was in a chat with Seconds Out Live. Here, he unveiled the reason ‘The Gypsy King’ hasn’t signed the site deal contract for the Joshua fight. As per Warren, Fury is waiting to receive a guarantee from the bank pertaining to the amount he’ll receive for this clash. (h/t Michael Benson)

Both Joshua and Fury will lock horns with each other in the biggest, perhaps the most important fight of their lives. That said, they’ll also bank the biggest amount to date, which approximately might go around $100 million.
Considering that, the WBC heavyweight champ is rooting for a guarantee from the bank because this isn’t a tiny amount.
To fulfill Fury’s wish, his promoters Frank Warren and Bob Arum are both working alongside many lawyers. With that, a news piece regarding the Fury’s confirmation for this fight will get out soon. However, if this fight falls through by any means, then Bob Arum has a Plan B ready for Tyson Fury.
Bob Arum looking to align Tyson Fury with an opponent in July
If the Anthony Joshua fight doesn’t materialize, then the Top Rank boss will line ‘The Gypsy King’ up for a fight in July. This is still a backup plan made by Arum, wherein he’ll look to roll out this fight in the USA.
